“Most women don’t feel comfortable sharing about their mental health challenges… there is very little follow up for women having babies. Maternal mental health diagnosis is largely in control of the women… which is hard to do when raising a baby… we talk about the ways to take care of yourself and normalize the challenges around motherhood transitions.”

In March 2024, our Kids Clothing Swap and Shop event which supported over 100 families and raised over $1000 to support our ongoing support groups and programs.
