The Empowering Moms Program

Building Connection, Community and Confidence in New Mothers

This will get you on our email list for program updates and give you links to program activities and our FB group.

All current regular programming schedules.

Our mission is to empower women to gain confidence as new moms through a validating, supportive, and accepting community setting.

Weekly and monthly programming consists of virtual and in-person support groups, community events and workshops to support women as new moms & throughout their parenting journey.

We know that having a village for resources and support can help create a healthier experience in many ways. Our program helps women to connect and access a support system. And in case you’re wondering if you’re a “new mom.” We tend to think every stage brings something new and we can always use support.

We are grateful for all financial support that keeps our programming going, including grants from Heinz Endowments and Staunton Farms Foundation.
